A story about Madeleine...
Madeleine is passionate about Starship (NZ's National Children's Hospital). For her impact project, she decided to do something about it. On Friday 4th of August, Madeleine held a fundraising disco. Our whole school had heaps of fun, and it was a big success! She raised awareness and raised $610.20 all of which went to Starship. Well Done Madeleine!

A Book Recommendation...
Hi,
So recently it was my birthday and there was one gift I really wanted. I really wanted a book called Good Night Stories For Rebel Girls. On every page it summarises an awesome girl from Cleopatra to Malala Yousafzai to Serena Williams to Coco Chanel. I was lucky enough to receive this. I have started reading a page every night, and it is awesome! I love this book, because it always reminds me of the powerful quote by Dr Seuss - 'Why fit in if you were born to stand out?' This always inspires me. I hope it inspires you too. Please check it out.
